Experience a beautifully curated dinner crafted by Chef Aaron Holt, owner of Doolittle Farm and 2018 Iowa Restaurant Association’s Chef of the Year. Known for his hyper-seasonal, farm-forward cooking, Aaron brings his own hand-grown produce—fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, and microgreens—from his family’s century farm in Story City to the table.
