Join us at Middlebrook Farm for our Yoga at the Farm summer series with Darcey Noyce, 500RYT!
This class will take place from 5:30-6:30 PM on the first Monday of each month from June through August and on the second Monday in September. Admission is $10.
The class will be set amongst the peaceful surroundings of the farm and will include some gentle movement, meditation and breathwork - any and all experience is welcome!
Bring your own mat, water, towel and invite a few friends for an evening of unwinding, moving mindfully, fresh air and enjoying the beauty of the farm.
