We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership for 2026! Middlebrook Farm will welcome Grant Gillon, local chef and MasterChef Season 13 winner, for an exclusive chef residency.
Grant will host a monthly farm-to-table dinner at Middlebrook Farm, featuring a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with four wines. Each evening will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients and a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
