Promote your business for Shop Small Saturday. Drop off items to be put in Shop Small bags that will be handed out to Norwalk shoppers at five locations in Norwalk. Contact Lucinda if interested.

The goal of Project Santa is to help Norwalk families meet basic needs. It is also our hope that we can help to relieve a bit of the worry and stress that families experience during difficult financial times by helping to provide necessity and gift items for each child.

Fill your freezer contest in Warren County

Despite many options at the grocery store, meat is still the center of many Iowa meals, as more than 33,000 Iowans entered the Iowa Farm Bureau and Fareway’s “Fill Your Freezer” contest for a chance to win $200 of free meat. The month-long contest was part of Iowa Farm Bureau Federation’s (IFBF) Real Farmers. Real Food. Real Meat. initiative, which showcases the nutritional benefits of meat and the innovation of Iowa livestock farmers who raise it. READ MORE

Walter Isaacson Announced as Headliner for Partnership's Annual Dinner

The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced Walter Isaacson as the 2020 Annual Dinner headline speaker. Isaacson has led a distinguished career as past CEO of the Aspen Institute, where he is now a Distinguished Fellow, and has been the chairman of CNN and the editor of TIME magazine. He is currently a Professor of History at Tulane University and an advisory partner at the New York City-based Perella Weinberg financial services firm.
