What Happens After the Sale
Post-Project & Follow-Up Emails That Drive Referrals and Repeat Business

In this session we’ll learn about using thoughtful post-project and follow-up emails to stay connected, strengthen relationships, and turn happy customers into repeat clients and referral sources.

About Your Emails is a monthly Chamber education series designed for business owners, leaders, and teams. This series focuses on practical email strategies that support clear communication, stronger customer relationships, and long-term business growth.

Each session is structured to be approachable, strategic, and immediately applicable, with topics that build on one another throughout the year. Attendees will gain simple frameworks, real-world examples, and reusable tools that make email marketing communication easier and more effective over time.

Sessions are held from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Location: City State Bank, 1225 Colonial Pkwy, Norwalk, Iowa
(November and December sessions will be held at Peoples Company in Cumming, Iowa.)
Cost: FREE
Note: You do not have to be a member to attend. Attend one session or all of them. We'll announce those a few weeks ahead of each event. Until then save the dates we have listed below.
